What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a powerful therapeutic approach designed to help people create lasting positive change by understanding and transforming the root cause of emotional, mental or behavioural challenges.

Developed by Marisa Peer, RTT combines techniques from hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, mindfulness, neuroscience and cognitive behavioural therapy to work with the subconscious mind - the part of the mind where deep beliefs, habits and emotional patterns are stored.

How Does RTT Work?

During an RTT session, you are guided into a deeply relaxed state, similar to meditation or daydreaming. In this calm and focused state, the mind becomes more open to understanding and releasing limiting beliefs and emotional blocks.

RTT (hypnotherapy) is not about losing control or being “put under.” You remain fully aware and in control throughout the session.

After identifying the root cause, positive and empowering suggestions are introduced to help rewire the mind and support lasting transformation.
