What Are Subconscious Blocks?
The subconscious mind is an incredibly powerful part of the brain that stores our memories, experiences, beliefs, and emotions from an early age. These experiences, especially during childhood, help shape the beliefs we hold about ourselves and the world around us - often without us even realising it. Research suggests that much of our behaviour, emotional responses, and decision-making are influenced by these subconscious patterns.
When painful experiences, trauma, or negative beliefs become stored in the subconscious mind, they can keep us stuck in repeating emotional struggles and self-sabotaging behaviours, despite our conscious efforts to change. These deeply rooted emotional patterns and beliefs are known as subconscious blocks.

How MAP™ Works

The MAP Method™ utilises the neuroplasticity of the brain to rewire and neutralise unfavourable long-term memories. With the help of recent developments in neuroscience and in the field of psychotherapy, the method was created to train the mind to heal itself on command by working via the window of reconsolidation.
MAP leverages the power of the superconscious mind; a higher state of consciousness which can on command find and treat memories in a way that is very quick, gentle and safe. The subconscious memories are not lost or deleted, but are simply neutralised such that they no longer carry the same emotional charge that was previously triggering the old thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
This simple but powerful method helps to create long-lasting positive transformations by permanently rewiring the underlying memories causing emotional and/or physical discomfort.
MAP sessions can take place remotely online or in person.
